SEA-LIONS NEED YOUR HELP!
Our South Pacific Marine Rehabiliation Center is
endangered to close down rescue and
rehabilitation operations this year.
ORCA is the sole organization in
Peru dedicated to rescue, rehabilitation, and release of sea-lions, dolphins, marine otters, penguins, and sea turtles.
In past years, operations of ORCA's
Center were funded with the revenue
from the International Participation
Programs that were canceled
due Covid-19. Last year, up to 135 marine patients could reach our center in need of medical attention. Now, the stranding season is comming and will reach a peak
during summer and winter time. Each of our patientes need a $250 budget to cover rescue expenses, medicines, fish, life-support personnel, and veterinary expertise.
